This article discusses a methodology, a historiography and different historical archives relating to the climate of Catalonia since the fifteenth century. It mainly deals with the measure of rogations ceremonies from the municipal records of proceedings. These records authorize a reconstruction of the Catalonian climate during the last 500 years.
